HAESOO fans were delighted upon learning the update on Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK's Jisoo's possible team-up for a new drama.

Following the huge craze with JTBC's "Snowdrop," viewers wished to see more of the duo's collaboration in another series.

According to a media outlet, rumors sparked that the singer-actress had agreed to star in an upcoming K-drama.

Following her portrayal as the college student Eun Young Ro in "Snowdrop," viewers expected more of BLACKPINK's Jisoo's on-screen projects as an actress, portraying a variety of characters.

Interestingly, apart from a possible comeback, rumors also included that she would reunite with Jung Hae In. 

Unfortunately, HAESOO's new drama remains a rumor since BLACKPINK's Jisoo's agency is yet to respond to the matter.

Despite this, fans are hopeful that the duo will headline a new project soon.

As mentioned by the same outlet, HAESOO fans are "looking forward" to their team-up, especially with the BLACKPINK member's comeback to the small screen.

Moreover, fans wanted her to star in a sageuk, or period drama, to showcase more of her talent.

"She would look so pretty in a historical drama," one wrote, while another seemed to want Jisoo to star in a rom-com series.

"Hope that Jisoo can come back with a new work; her last one was so sad," as stated by an online user.

Jung Hae In, BLACKPINK's Jisoo Spotted at 'Smugglers' VIP Screening

While fans remain hopeful about the possible reunion, Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK's Jisoo were spotted at the same event along with other stars as they showed their support for the cast of "Smugglers."

The VIP screening lit up as various stars graced the event to watch the premiere of the star-studded movie, headlined by Jo In Sung, Kim Hye Soo, and Yum Jung Ah.

Held at the Megabox COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on July 20, HAESOO attended the show and wore an accidentally matchy outfit.

Both donning white and light blue 'fits, the "Snowdrop" stars had an unexpected reunion.

Besides the duo, IU, Ahn Bo Hyun, Han Ji Min, Girls' Generation's YoonA, and more also showed their support for the film and cast.

What's Next for Jung Hae In, BLACKPINK's Jisoo

Apart from the rumored K-drama, the BLACKPINK member is busy with fashion events and music.

On the other hand, Jung Hae In's new drama "D.P." season 2 is set to be released on Netflix on July 28.

Reprising his role as private soldier Ahn Joon Ho, he will be working alongside familiar faces like Goo Kyo Hwan, Son Seok Koo, Kim Sung Kyun, and more, who were also part of the original cast.
