Once again, Park Sung Hoon is stealing the show with his rugged looks and immersive synchronization with his character in his brand new drama "Not Others."

Earlier this 2023, he generated massive buzz in Hallyu with his performance as an antagonist in the mega hit Netflix series "The Glory."

Park Sung Hoon Plays Detective In New Drama 'Not Others'

After gracing Hallyu with this villainous image in "The Glory," Park Sung Hoon changes the current as he transforms into a passionate detective in "Not Others."

He plays the role of Eun Jae Won, a police director at Namchon Police Station and Choi Sooyoung's Kim Jin Hee's senior at the police academy.

In the drama, Park Sung Hoon boasts a more nonchalant and down-to-earth performance as a police officer compared to his previous role, leaving the viewers who watched "The Glory" speechless.

What captures the attention of the public is his cat-and-dog banter with his subordinate who never backs down. In "Not Others," Park Sung Hoon and Choi Sooyoung never got along well.

On the other hand, "Not Others" is a comedy drama centered on a mother and daughter duo who love one another despite their differences. Catch "Not Others" every Monday and Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. KST on Channel ENA.

Park Sung Hoon's Upcoming Projects To Anticipate

Ever since he made his "The Glory" debut, Park Sung Hoon has only enjoyed his skyrocketing success.

Although he didn't bag the Best Supporting Actor award at the 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards, he's received major casting offers to headline new big scale works.

Besides "Not Others," Park Sung Hoon will also appear in the dark comedy series "The Day" with Yoon Kye Sang and Kim Shin Rok.

The drama depicts the abduction plans of a clumsy kidnapper and a genius girl who lost her memory. It will air on September 13 on Channel ENA, following the conclusion of Na In Woo's "Longing for You."

Moreover, he also joins the cast of the internationally acclaimed Netflix show "Squid Game" Season 2 with Im Siwan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Gyu Young and more.

The details about the new characters as well as the premise of the show haven't been disclosed yet. Meanwhile, filming begins in the second half of 2023. "Squid Game" Season 2 is aimed to be released in the following year. Stay tuned for more updates.
