Rowoon Update 2023: K-Heartthrob Booked to Work With Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Bin, More

Rowoon might be one of the busiest idol-actors beginning the second half of 2023 as he is booked for more projects, where he is expected to collaborate with some of the prominent stars in the industry. 

SF9 Rowoon Returns as Main Protagonist in Netflix's 'Destined With You'

Rocking both the stage and the screen, SF9's lead vocalist Rowoon is ready to meet the viewers with his soon-to-premiere drama "Destined With You." It will be his first small screen project following "Tomorrow" in 2022. 

Joining him in his comeback is "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" actress Jo Bo Ah, Ha Joon, Yura, Jung Hye Young, and Lee Pil Mo. The romance series is scheduled to air beginning August 23 on JTBC and Netflix. 

Rowoon & Choi Yi Hyun to Couple Up in Rom-Com Series 'The Battle Marriage'

Adding to his next work is "The Battle of Marriage" also known as "Wedding Match." It is a romantic-comedy set in the Joseon era. It narrates the story of the meeting between the young widow Jung Soon Deok and the young widower Shim Jung Woo, and their struggle to marry off the four young maidens who represent Joseon.

This is the second drama that Rowoon will work on. The heartthrob will share the frame for the first time with breakout star Choi Yi Hyun, who rose to stardom through the hit zombie-themed series "All of Us Are Dead."

According to a source, the trending actors' first drama team-up, "The Battle of Marriage" will air sometime in October. 

Rowoon to Work With Ahn Hyo Seop & Jeon Yeo Bin in 'A Time Called You'

On July 29, it was reported that Rowoon is announced to make a special appearance in the Netflix series "A Time Called You," which stars Ahn Hyo Seop and Jeon Yeo Bin. Many were excited to see these three actors on screen and showcase their chemistry. 

With the list of projects that Rowoon has for 2023, it is no doubt that he is one of the in-demand idol-actors in his generation. As he continues to show her amazing acting chops and strong charisma, he is also garnering new fans in and outside South Korea. 

Aside from the dramas, Rowoon is also booked with other brand endorsements, particularly in fashion. With his impressive figure and strong visuals, the actor is already making a name in the fashion industry.
