On August 1, a media outlet reported that actor Ryeo Un is being courted to join Park Ji Hoon to lead the upcoming "Weak Hero Class" Season 2.
In addition, once the cast is already confirmed, the production for the series will kick off in the second half of 2023.
"Weak Hero Class 2" is the new installment of the famous webtoon-based series, released as an original WAVVE drama in 2022. It follows the story that takes place at the school where the main protagonist, Yeon Si Eun transfers.
The action drama, "Weak Hero Class," narrates the growth of Yeon Si Eun, a model student in the top 1% who looks weak, and acts as a substitute for violence in and outside the campus.
