Park Seo Joon Shares Experience With Stalkers After Dating Rumors With Xooos
Park Seo Joon dishes on his own experience with stalkers and why he kept quiet following the dating rumors with YouTuber Xooos.
In an interview with Wikitree for his upcoming movie "Concrete Utopia," the South Korean actor briefly commented on news regarding his personal life and why he chose to be silent amid this.
Park Seo Joon Reveals 'Chilling and Scary' Story With Stalkers
According to Park Seo Joon, there is a "reason" behind it. Although he didn't elaborate much about the situation, the actor tells the outlet that people have been invading his privacy, particularly stalkers.
Revealing his experience with stalkers, the "Itaewon Class" star recalled being followed by someone in a parking lot, and what's surprising is that these stalkers seemed to know his schedule.
"When you leave the parking lot, but you see the same car constantly following you?" he said, adding, "They even know where I am about to go, and there are times when they arrive there before me."

Describing it as a "chilling and scary" experience, the actor revealed that this happened for about two months.
Unfortunately, it took a toll on him, making Park Seo Joon uncomfortable in his own space.
"There are times when the same person follows me in a different car. This happened before and still happens now from time to time," he said, adding that these scenarios made an impact and "changed" how he lives.
Besides his own safety, Park Seo Joon says that he is also concerned about the well-being of his family and is "careful not to cause harm to anyone."
Moreover, he also hints that this is the reason why he seldom talks about his personal life with the media.
The actor also mentioned that he once regretted posting photos of his family members because their safety might be compromised.
"Once I realized that I could (bring harm) to the people closest to me, I didn't know where to draw the line," he explained.
Amid the rumors surrounding Park Seo Joon's dating status with Xooos, the actor was tight-lipped about it and let his agency handle the situation.
However, he briefly addressed the issue and said that he did not want to disclose his personal life to the public.
Park Seo Joon's Back-to-Back Projects
Apart from the public's interest in Park Seo Joon's relationship status, viewers will get to see more of him in the coming months.
After his big screen comeback through "Concrete Utopia," the South Korean star will be having his first Hollywood project with the MCU for "The Marvels."
In addition, he will also be teaming up with Han So Hee for the action series "Gyeongseong Creature," which will air for two seasons.
