JTBC's weekend drama "King the Land" has concluded. After airing for almost two months, the series finally closed its curtains, giving viewers a glimpse if Sa Rang and Won's happily ever after.
"King the Land" was Lee Junho and YoonA's first drama team-up, yet they showcased an undenible chemistry. But following the finale episode broadcast, fans are curious if "King the Land" will have a sequel.

To recall, in "King the Land" episode 16, Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang got married. This is why some wish for a new sequel to see the married life of the main protagonists.

Lee Junho and YoonA's "King the Land" aired its finale episode on August 6, ending the season with a soaring viewership rating.
According to Nielsen Korea, the weekend series scored an average rating of 13.8 percent nationwide, which marked a new personal record for the drama.

Apart from the rating, lead stars Lee Junho and YoonA continued to reign as the Most Buzzworthy Actors.
Meanwhile, "King the Land" fell short and ranked second as Most Buzzworthy Drama after Kim Tae Ri's "Revenant" occupied the top spot for two consecutive weeks.
In addition, Lee Junho remained unbeatable at the No. 1 spot in the Male Star Rankings. It has been said that the idol-actor has been on the top for almost 14 consecutive weeks.
Furthermore, as there is no discussion yet about the "King the Land" sequel, fans and viewers are now looking forward to the upcoming projects of the drama's cast members.
