'The Worst Evil' Starring Ji Chang Wook & Wi Ha Joon Announces Premiere Date
Based on a news cited by a media outlet on August 14, Ji Chang Wook and Wi Ha Joon's new series "The Worst Evil" is confirmed to premiere on September 27.
The drama will be broadcast on the online streaming giant, Disney+
The crime-action series presents the journey of the detectives that began an investigation into the triangle of the drug trade between Korea, Japan, and China.
In the upcoming drama, Ji Chang Wook is Kang Joon Mo, a police officer who infiltrates the organization for his team's drug investigation.
Wi Ha Joon, on the other hand, plays as the boss of the criminal organization, Jung Ki Chul.
Joining the duo is Lim Se Mi, who portrays Yoo Yoo Jung, a police officer who is part of the drug investigation team, and the wife of Kang Joon Mo.

Aside from the confirmed premiere date, the production also dropped the drama's poster, showcasing the retro vibe of Gangnam in the 1990s.
The image also shows Jung Ki Chul, who leads the Gangnam Alliance, and Kang Joon Mo, who infiltrates the drug case.
Both proudly walk down the streets with their charismatic looks.
It has been said that the acting transformations of these brilliant actors are among the highly-anticipated points of this work.
Ji Chang Wook is expected to exhibit an intense and passionate performance. During the filming, the actor said that he did his best working on the series and had no regrets. He added that the upcoming Disney+ series is a project that he worked hard and enjoyed.
