Originally, Shim Eun Kyung led the film version of the work in 2014 which sold more than 9 million USD during its premiere.
In particular, "Miss Granny" marks Jung Ji So's first challenge in the comedy genre, raising anticipation for the drama. Jung Ji So will work together with Na Moon Hee, who will assume the older counterpart of her role.
