Lee Chung Ah Reveals Secrets to Her Incredible Body

On her vlog last August 5, the actress showcased her method of staying fit and healthy, which she has been doing for ten years. 

The "Flower Boy Ramyun Shop" star shared her week-long diet and exercise routine. In seven days, she was able to get rid of 2kg, using her super healthy method which wowed her fans and viewers.

Lee Chung Ah started at around 52.2kg. As she began her diet for the week, she ate brown rice, beef curry, and natto for her meal. The full serving of rice and plentiful beef makes it a great protein-filled meal.

On the same day, she allotted one hour to work out. She didn't eat anything else for the day, which resulted in her hitting 51.5kg the next day.

During day two, she had black beans in purple rice, and seasoned vegetables partnered with kimchi for breakfast. She did the same routine and her weight continued to drop.

On the third day, Lee Chung Ah had tofu and tomatoes served in the morning. After workout, she prepared salmon for dinner.

On the fourth day, she ate duck breast and tomatoes for breakfast. She drizzled her tomatoes with honey as the actress doesn't believe in scrimping on seasoning even before going on a diet.

Lee Chung Ah's Week-Long Diet Vlog Reaches 1 Million Views

On the fifth day, she finally hit 50kg. She took a break from her routine and had a cheat day with her friend where they munched braised chicken and glass noodles. She also had caramel popcorn as a dessert.

Even though she gained 0.4kg after the cheat day, the celebrity returned to her diet and is confident that she'll achieve her desired weight.

On the sixth day, she had tofu salad with nuts and cucumber. She also added hours for working out. She only had tofu and celery for dinner.

With all the hard work she put in, on the seventh day of her diet, Lee Chung Ah was able to lose 2kg in just a week.

In addition, this week-long diet vlog of the actress recorded 1 million views a week after it was uploaded.
