A year after being under the radar, he was able to meet Hwang Ji Hee, the coffee lady at the motel where he stayed. Hwang Ji Hee was impressed by how respectful Joo Won is to him.

In one scene, he used his ability to regenerate quickly to survive and often got settlement after being hit by cars.

Ji Hee saw this, but Joo Won insisted that it was nothing. On the other hand, he asked her about the direction to find the cross. She told him where to turn and walked straight ahead, but he was not that good at directions.

The plot thickened when Joo Won was betrayed by his subordinate, Minki. He told Jeon Jae Sung, Joo Won's secret, and how to kill him.

After drugging him, Jeon Jae Sung and his men tied him and his boss, Kim Gwang Jin, who was still unconscious. The gang leader also told Joo Won that Gwang Jin was the one who insisted on merging and revealed that Minki spilled his secret.

At this point, Joo Woon wanted to survive to get back at the people who betrayed him. Thankfully, he was able to escape, leaving Jeon Jae Sung dead and Minki injured.

In the last scene of "Moving" episode 10, Mr. Min heard about Jang Joo Won's story and wanted to recruit him for his abilities.
