One of the classic K-dramas "Heartstrings" starring Park Shin Hye, Jung Yong Hwa, and more, marks its twelve years this 2023. After almost a decade, let us know where the cast members of the romantic-musical series are now!

Park Shin Hye

Following her marriage with former co-star Choi Tae Joon, the celebrity couple welcomed their firstborn in 2022. Park Shin Hye is ready to break her hiatus as she is already booked to headline a new romance-medical drama "Doctor Slump."

Through this, she will reunite with "The Heirs" co-star Park Hyung Sik, who is also confirmed to lead the project. According to reports, the production has already started but the date of release is still in discussion. 

Jung Yong Hwa

CNBLUE's leader and actor Jung Yong Hwa is currently active in the music industry. He is about to drop his second mini album "YOUR CITY!" this September 14. The idol-actor is busy working on his solo and group activities both in Korea and abroad. 

His latest drama was with Cha Tae Hyun through KBS' "Brain Works." As of this writing, he has no confirmed acting projects yet.

Kang Min Hyuk

Kang Min Hyuk became an instant breakout star this 2023 after his spectacular role in the Netflix series "Celebrity." He transformed into a handsome but arrogant CEO, which exhibited the new side of him as an actor. 

CNBLUE's drummer continues to receive support from fans abroad and even gained new supporters. In fact, he is already returning with a new movie, "Havana," in which he will play the role of a lawyer. 

The film is said to be released this September. 

Moon Ga Young

Following her back-to-back projects "Link: Eat, Love, Kill," " The Interest of Love," and special drama cameos, Moon Ga Young is currently on a break from acting. However, she is still working on various brand endorsements. 

Her latest drama appearance was in tvN's "Delightfully Deceitful." 

Im Se Mi

Making huge steps in her career, Im Se Mi is joining big stars Ji Chang Wook and Wi Ha Joon in the action-thriller series "The Worst of Evil." She will play Ji Chang Wook's supportive wife. 

She also surprised many with her outstanding performance in the hit TVING series "Duty After School."

The new drama is expected to premiere on September 27.
