"Moving" lead stars Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung show their full support to co-star Lee Jung Ha after winning his first acting award at the Busan Film Festival (BIFF) 2023.

Celebrities from different countries gathered at the Busan Cinema Center on October 8 to honor the films and shows that created a huge buzz and showed exceptional performances throughout the year.

From hit K-dramas like "The Glory" to "Little Women," all the nominees are truly deserving, but only a few will be able to score the highly coveted award.

'Moving' Wins 6 Awards at BIFF 2023

Interestingly, the Disney+ K-drama "Moving" emerged as one of the major winners of the night after taking home not just 1 but 6 awards.

Sweeping multiple awards, the webtoon-based K-drama won Best Creative, Best Writer, and Best Lead Actor for Ryu Seuyng Ryong, while the Best Newcomer Actress and Actor categories were bagged by Go Yoon Jung and Lee Jung Ha.

As mentioned, this is the actor's first ever award since he made his debut in 2018, playing minor roles.

Lee Jung Ha captivates viewers with his amazing performance as high school student Kim Bong Seok, who inherited his parents ability to fly and supersenses.

Lee Jung Ha's Instagram Post Featured Jo In Sung, Han Hyo Joo's Message

Senior actors Jo In Sung and Han Hyo Joo took to Instagram to congratulate Lee Jung Ha's huge success.

As for the actor, he reposted the story and added a special message to each post.

"My mom is the best" and "My dad is the best," in reference to their characters in "Moving."

In the hit webtoon-based movie, Han Hyo Joo plays Lee Mi Hyun, a top-tier agent with supersense powers, while Jo In Sung takes on the role of black-ops agent Kim Doo Shik, who is known for his combat skills and ability to fly.

The duo were on-screen parents of Lee Jung Ha, who played Kim Bong Seok.

After the K-drama aired, "Moving" landed as the most-watched South Korean drama on Disney+, topping various countries like Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and more on the daily rankings of the best TV shows.

Viewers were not only delighted by the story's premise but also by the powerhouse cast lineup.

Other than the trio, the "Moving" cast also includes Cha Tae Hyun, who plays Bungaeman Jeon Gye Do, and Ryu Seung Ryong, who plays Jang Joo Won, who has regenerative powers.

In addition, Kim Sung Kyun also played a father figure role after taking on the character of Lee Jae Man, whose powers are similar to Hulk.
