After confirming that Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won will team up in the romance series "Graduation," another promising actress is announced to join the star-studded cast. She is none other than So Ju Yeon.
She captivated the viewers with her charming and warm persona in the megahit medical drama "Dr. Romantic 3," and now she is ready to take a new role as she returns to the small screen with Wi Ha Joon.
So Ju Yeon to Challenge Herself in Playing the Role of A Language Instructor
According to a source, So Ju Yeon takes the role of Nam Cheong Mi, a confident character and a new Korean language instructor who admires the Daechi Academy. Attention is focused on how the actress will introduce her new role as she is known for being good at playing various characters in every work that she does.
What We Know So Far About Upcoming Romance K-Drama 'Graduation'
Meanwhile, "Graduation" will be helmed by director Ahn Pan Seok and the script will be penned by Park Kyung Hwa. The romance series is set in the backdrop of Daechi, a neighborhood renowned as the epicenter of private education in South Korea. It features the story of an instructor who tirelessly assists a student, Lee Joon Ho in gaining admission to a prestigious university.
Years later, Lee Joon Ho returns to the academy and becomes a newbie instructor after leaving a large company because he wants to reunite with his first love, who was his academy teacher.

Furthermore, "Graduation" marks Wi Ha Joon's first lead drama in the romance genre. He is currently capturing the audience's attention in his ongoing series "The Worst of Evil" along with Ji Chang Wook and Im Se Mi.
"Graduation" is expected to meet the viewers sometime in 2024 and will be released on tvN and TVING.
This will also be So Ju Yeon's first drama comeback following "Dr. Romantic 3" and "Seasons of Blossom."
