Being his first ever Hollywood project, especially since it was with the MCU, the public couldn't wait to see him play a superhero role in the highly anticipated sequel.

Netizens Call Out Park Seo Joon's Lack of Screen Time in 'The Marvels'

In a report cited by a local media outlet, an online post is gaining the attention of fans after it revealed a glimpse of the upcoming MCU movie.

Titled "Park Seo Joon's Screen Time on The Marvels," the post immediately went viral after the Marvel YouTuber revealed hints at PSJ's appearance.

Unfortunately, it claimed that the South Korean will only have short screen time, which is only 2 minutes and 47 seconds in total.

According to the uploader, the person "counted his screen time while watching the movie."

Amid the excitement of PSJ fans, netizens took to the comment section to express their anger over the "Itaewon Class" star's lack of screen time.

Some of the fans thought that Park Seo Joon was playing a "more significant role" because of the publicity, including the promotional activities.

Others even thought about not watching the movie because of the actor's lack of screen time.

"I thought he was one of the lead characters. I can't believe his screen time is less than the time it takes to cook a cup of noodles. Not going to watch."

Other than the screen time, "The Marvels" is getting criticism from the public because of the South Korean star's styling.

Taking on the role of Prince Yan for his Hollywood debut, Park Seo Joon's styling is getting mixed reactions from the public after fans seemed dissatisfied with how his character sports two large wings that don't match the headdress.

Some believe that it was a comical representation of the golden crown during the Silla era.

Thankfully, Park Seo Joon has amazing visuals and is so good-looking that he managed to pull it off, even though it looked a bit weird to some.

Premiered in Las Vegas on November 7, 2023, "The Marvels" is Park Seo Joon's first international project.

The sequel is slated to be released in the United States and some parts of Asia on November 10, 2023.

Other than the South Korean heartthrob, "The Marvels" also stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, and more.

Meanwhile, other than the MVU movie, Park Seo Joon will also headline the upcoming K-drama "Gyeongseong Creature" seasons 1 and 2 with Han So Hee.
