Actor Ahn Bo Hyun is celebrating ten years since his first acting role. He is thinking about his most recent drama, "Spring Fever," and how he has changed as a person since he started out as an aspiring boxer and became an award-winning actor.

The actor recently gave an interview after his tvN romance drama "Spring Fever" ended. The show ended on the 10th with a reported nationwide rating of 5.7%. Local news outlets, like Naver, published the interview based on JTBC, and allkpop later reported on it.
Ahn started modeling in 2007 and had small parts in movies starting in 2014, but he and his fans think that the 2016 movie Hiya was his first real acting role. He later became well-known for his work on shows like Itaewon Class, Yumi's Cells, My Name, and Military Prosecutor Doberman.
Ahn played Seon Jae Gyu in "Spring Fever." He was a passionate man who fell in love with a teacher played by Lee Joo Bin.
Ahn talked about how he got ready for the role physically. "Seon Jae Gyu is a character born with a strong constitution. I thought he needed to have a human touch rather than just defined abs, so I focused on bulking up to create a larger physique," he explained. "I also had to maintain his trademark 'Lego hair,' which required careful trimming twice a week."

The actor also talked about the romance on screen that fans liked. He said that their visual pairing was special because Lee Joo Bin has a small frame and face, so standing next to or hugging her made them look different from other dramas.
He said of their kiss scenes, "It wasn't about being skillful. It was about showing Jae Gye's clumsiness—hesitating with clenched fists—that made the scenes look beautiful."
Ahn's career path has been different from most people's. He used to be a boxer and went to Busan Sports High School. He quit boxing because of injuries and then became a model and actor. He said, "Because I used to box, I tend to whip myself rather than give myself carrots. I was strict because in sports, results depend on how much you push yourself."
He talked about a change in his point of view after winning Best New Actor at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards for "The Devil Moved In," he described a shift in perspective. "I'm trying to be more positive now. I want to tell myself, 'It's okay to keep going in the direction you're worrying about.'"
Ahn said "Flex X Cop Season 2" and "God's Beads," Ahn concluded, "I feel like I'm waiting for spring. The cold season has passed, I spent the winter well, and now I'm at a fluttering moment waiting for what comes next."
