"Moon in the Day" episode 3 showcased a pivotal event for Kim Young Dae's character as he takes on the role of Do Ha and celebrity Han Jun Oh in his present life.

Along with Pyo Ye Jin, who plays noblewoman Han Ri Ta and becomes the brave firefighter Kang Young Hwa in her present life, they have crossed paths due to mere fate.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, the story depicts the spirit of a nobleman from ancient Korea who possesses Han Joon Oh in hopes of getting revenge from his lover, who lives inside Kang Young Hwa.

The only way to get out of his curse is to end her life; however, she is protected by an amulet, which he is in search of.

'Moon in the Day' Episode 3 Viewership

After a slow and steady premiere week, the ENA series struggled to keep the ratings up by a significant amount.

In a report, Nielsen Korea garnered an average nationwide viewership rating of 1.974 percent for "Moon in the Day" episode 3.

Interestingly, it is a minimal increase from its previous episode's 1.625 percent average nationwide rating.

As the drama uncovers more secrets between the duo, can the ENA historical K-drama keep up with the tight rating race?

On the other hand, viewers could catch new episodes via ENA, Genie TV, and Viki, with broadcast days every Wednesday and Thursday.

'Moon in the Day' Episode 3 Recap

After waiting for 1500 years, it's time for Do Ha to have his way of seeking revenge against Han Ri Ta; however, things get complicated as people around him are trying to ruin his plan.

One of which is Han Joon Oh's rival and fellow celebrity, Koo Tae Ju.

He wanted to take Joon Oh's ex-girlfriend, Jeong Yi Seul, and steal his spotlight.

In one scene, Tae Ju plans to abduct Joon Oh, so he asks a group of men to do it; however, he gets caught up after knowing that Joon Oh was already kidnapped by someone.

To make things worse, he is being investigated by the police.

At an abandoned place, this is where the group held Joon Oh and Kang Young Hwa captive.

Kang Young Hwa managed to get away and fight the thugs, but she was overpowered by them.

Seeing that she was unconscious, Han Joon Oh fought everyone, leaving them unconscious.

Shortly after, the police came and saw everyone unconscious except for Young Hwa.

She was temporarily dismissed from her position but was offered to be Jun Ho's bodyguard instead.

In the last episode, while Joon Oh and Young Hwa were arguing about something, Jun Ho realized that the amulet that he was finding was the bracelet that she was wearing.

At this point, Han Joon Oh needs to find the perfect timing to execute his plan since he only has a month to live as Han Joon Oh.
