Rising actress Kang Hye Won turned heads at the premiere night of her upcoming series as she stunned many with her Barbie-like beauty.

Kang Hye Won's Beauty Garners Attention

On November 20, Kang Hye Won attended the media conference of the upcoming Coupang Play series "Boyhood" held in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. She met the members of the press alongside co-stars Im Siwan, Lee Sun Bin, and Lee Si Woo.

Kang Hye Won created a sophisticated look with a black dress that revealed her lean silhouette.

"Boyhood" will be her second drama following her acting debut in Wavve's "Seasons of Blossom" in 2022.

What We Know So Far About Kang Hye Won's Character in 'Boyhood'

The starlet is slowly establishing a good image in public through her chosen work.

After portraying as a student in her debut drama, Kang Hye Won will challenge herself again in "Boyhood" as plays the role of Kang Sun Hwa, also dubbed as the "Queen Bee" in the neighborhood. She shines effortlessly and captures the hearts of male students.

Despite being one of the prettiest in town, she is a hopeless romantic who is looking forward to meeting someone who will cherish her in life.

Coming together for the first time in this project, Kang Hye Won and Lee Si Woo are ready to melt the viewers' hearts with their chemistry. Since both are just starting their careers, many are anticipating their growth and are excited to see more of what's in store for them beginning in this project.

'The Fiery Priest' Director Helms Coupang Play's 'Boyhood'

Meanwhile, the creative mind behind the famous dramas "The Fiery Priest," "Backstreet Rookie," "One Ordinary Day," Lee Myung Woo will direct the forthcoming drama.

"Boyhood" tells the story of a high school student Byung Tae (Im Siwan), a loner whose goal is to not get beat up but to become the most powerful person overnight. It is set in the backdrop of Buyeo Agricultural High School in Chungcheong Province in the 1980s.

This will be Im Siwan's next drama following "Summer Strike," he is also set to meet the viewers again in the second installment of the high-rated series "Squid Game," which is already in the middle of production.

The healing-comedy series is expected to meet the viewers starting November 24 on Coupang Play.
