Netflix dropped the first look at Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon's K-drama "Gyeongseong Creature."

In the series' first trailer, the historical action thriller series teases viewers with the mystery surrounding a suspicious hospital.

Netflix Unveils 'Gyeongseong Creature' Trailer

Just weeks before the official release date, Netflix gave viewers a sneak peek at what to expect in the upcoming K-drama.

Illustrating amazing visuals as it takes you back to the spring of 1945 in Gyeongseong, where bizarre incidents happen.

In addition, the first trailer showcases Han So Hee's portrayal of Yoon Chae Ok, who disguises herself to find her missing mother.

In the middle of her quest, she came across Jang Tae Sang, played by Park Seo Joon, a pawnshop owner and information collector who is known around Gyeongseong.

"Gyeongseong Creature" focuses on the time when people are struggling to survive.

However, amid the challenging time, Yoon Chae Ok and Jang Tae Sang face a race of monstrous creatures who were born out of human greed as they find them in a mysterious hospital.

'Gyeongseong Creature' Release Date, Cast, More

Helmed by "Hot Stove League" and "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" director Chung Dong Yoon along with screenwriter Kang Eun Kyung of "Dr. Romantic" series and "Where Stars Land," "Gyeongseong Creature" is one of the highly anticipated K-dramas in 2023.

The series features a star-studded cast, headlined by Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee.

Interestingly, Wi Ha Joon, Kim Hae Sook, Jo Han Chul, and Claudia Kim will be joining the lineup as well.

The veteran actress will take on the character of Nawol Daek, the caretaker of Golden Jade House, while Claudia Kim plays the mistress of Gyeongsong's most powerful family, Maeda.

As for Wi Ha Joon, he will act as Jang Tae Sang's best friend, Gwon Jun Taek, who is also an independent soldier.

In addition, "Under the Queen's Umbrella" cast members Woo Jeong Won and Ok Ja Yeon will be joining as supporting characters.

The historical-thriller action series is scheduled to release its first part on December 22, 2023, while the second part will be on January 5, 2024.

As for "Gyeongseong Creature" Part 1, the network will release a total of 10 episodes, with each lasting 60 minutes.

Viewers will get to watch Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon's K-drama exclusively on Netflix.

Meanwhile, the upcoming Netflix series is Park Seo Joon's return to the small screen after the 2020 hit K-drama "Itaewon Class."

As for Han So Hee, this is also her K-drama comeback following her project with Disney+ for "Soundtrack #1."
