2023 MBC Entertainment Awards Reveals Hosts for Upcoming Ceremony
MBC confirms the list of hosts who will be participating in the upcoming 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards.
Interestingly, the upcoming ceremony showcases two hosts who garnered significant popularity by starring in MBC's entertainment show and K-drama.
Lee Se Young, Dex, and Jun Hyun Moo to Host the 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards
According to a media outlet, the network announced that Lee Se Young, Dex, and Jun Hyun Moo will be hosting the 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards.
The highly anticipated year-end award ceremony, which will be held on December 29, will be Lee Se Young and Dex's first time to host a prestigious awards show.
As for Jun Hyun Moo, this will be his sixth consecutive year to host the show since 2018.
On top of it, he also bagged the Daesang, or Grand Prize, at the 2022 MBC Entertainment Awards.
On the other hand, the upcoming annual ceremony honors the greatest achievements in entertainment and variety programming.
Among the list of recognitions are the Rookie Award for Radio, the Rookie Award for Variety, the Special Award for Radio, and Entertainer of the Year.
Lee Se Young received a massive response from the viewers when she headlined the popular K-drama "The Red Sleeve" in 2021 with Lee Jun Ho.
The series also won numerous recognitions at the 2021 MBC Drama Awards, including Drama of the Year and Best Couple.
As for DEX, he rose to fame after joining the Netflix reality dating show "Single's Inferno" season 2 and eventually entered the world of hosting.

2022 MBC Entertainment Awards Highlights
On December 29, the broadcast network announced the list of winners for the 2022 MBC Entertainment Awards.
Hosted by Jun Hyun Moo together with Lee Yi Kyung and Kang Min Kyung, the Variety Program of the Year goes to Home Alone," while Daesang was awarded to Jun Hyun Moo.
This marked his second grand prize award of his career as an entertainer.
