Based on a news cited by a media outlet on December 12, veteran comedian, Yoo Jae Suk reportedly bought a piece of land valued at approximately 8 Million USD (11.6 billion krw). According to the report, the reason for his purchase is to build Antenna's second building.
A real estate brokerage firm in Gangnam revealed that on November 11, the "Running Man" mainstay acquired land located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District for 8 million USD.

It has been said that the property is particularly established near the Construction Association Hall, which is currently the address of Yoo Jae Suk's agency Antenna Entertainment.

In addition, the Nation's MC paid for it entirely in cash. Regarding the details of the property, it has been said that it approximately has 298 square meters, with a land price per square meter of about 98.762 USD, which is considered a Type 1 residential area.
The establishment is in high demand for office space because of the known buildings near it, such as International Art School, entertainment companies, and other startups.
As real estate experts claimed, they speculate that Yoo Hae Suk may construct the vacant land.
It was mentioned that the previous owner of the land purchased it in March 2022 for six million dollars and sold it this December 2023 for 8 million USD. Since it was bought by a corporation, and considering its tax and interest, the former owner made a profit of at least around 770, 000 USD.
