‘Gyeongseong Creature’ Episode 5-7: Han So Hee Bravely Faces The Monster

The Gyeongseong Creature's Identity

Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee) saves the children that are being experimented in the laboratory.

Jun Taek (Wi Ha Joon) sees a monster wearing the same necklace that Yoon Chae Ok gave her parents when she was still young, revealing the identity of the creature.

The gang intricately penetrates the hospital but unbeknownst to them, Ichiro (Hyun Bong Sik), the director of the hospital, knows about their plans, and is waiting for them to move.

Jun Taek declares Korea's independence, alerting all the soldiers. Elsewhere, Jang Tae Sang comes face to face with the monster.

Yoon Chae Ok Reunites Seishin

Jang Tae Sang frees himself and saves Yoon Chae Ok, giving her a tight hug as they reunite.

Yoon Chae Ok couldn't believe that her mother had become a monster. Kato offers her a glass of water so she can become a creature as well, pushing her buttons.

Other soldiers arrive to kill the creature. She is then chained to the floor. The creature walks towards her, freezing the former in her spot.

Yoon Chae Ok cries for her mother who has now become a monster. When Kato orders his soldiers to shoot Yoon Chae Ok, Seishin creates a shield around her.

Seishin breaks the chain that ties her daughter to the floor to protect her.

Jang Tae Sang Sacrifices Himself

Jang Tae Sang comforts Yoon Chae Ok, and plans on how to defeat the army. Meanwhile, Kato orders his men to kill Yoon Chae Ok.

The two escape along with the other victims inside the hospital. While the others run for their lives, they create a barricade to hold off the soldiers.

As they keep the victims safe, Yoon Chae Ok asks Jang Tae Sang if he has feelings for her which the latter dismisses, much to her chagrin.

All the victims have been saved and Yoon Chae Ok prepares to flee. Meanwhile, Jang Tae Sang is grazed by a bullet but decides to stay behind to make sure everything goes well.

The Japanese soldiers are ordered to kill every Korean, which injures Jang Tae Sang gravely. He then wakes up in a room filled with bones.

Elsewhere, Seishin is sedated. Kato wonders who drank the cup of water that creates a monster. It is then revealed that Myung Ja has taken it, creating a tense atmosphere.
