These ‘Marry My Husband’ Stars Surprise Viewers With Their Actual Age

Other than the lead stars, two cast members of "Marry My Husband" surprised viewers after learning about their actual ages.

There's no denying that the tvN weekday series is currently one of the most talked-about K-dramas airing this month.

Starring Park Min Young, Lee Yi Kyung, Song Ha Yoon, Na In Woo, and Lee Gi Kwang, "Marry My Husband" focuses on Kang Ji Won's revenge against her husband, Park Min Hwan, and her best friend, Jung Soo Min.

The series also featured Ji Won's transformation as she lives her second shot at life.

From the entertaining storyline to the amazing cast lineup, there's no doubt why several viewers are so hooked on the series.

'Marry My Husband' Cast Members Garners Attention

Interestingly, Song Ha Yoon's portrayal of the sneaky and manipulative best friend captured the attention of viewers for perfectly portraying the villain character.

In "Marry My Husband," Song Ha Yoon takes on the role of Jung Soo Min.

She is Kang Ji Won's longtime friend and works for the same company.

While Ji Won serves as the company's assistant manager, Soo Min is a contract worker.

The series depicts Jung Soo Min as a fake friend who only wants all the good from Kang Ji Won. From relationship to career, she wanted whatever Ji Won had.

For her to become successful in her job, Soo Min must present a well-thought-out proposal to earn her recognition from her bosses.

Like Kang Ji Won, their immediate boss is manager Kim Kyung Wook, who is known for being a slacker at work.

He often criticizes Kang Ji Won's proposal, even though she had very sensible and promising suggestions.

To make things work for Jung Soo Min, she tried to get close to the manager and charm him with her beauty.

"Marry My Husband" depicts Song Ha Yoon as a young professional, someone who is in her early 20s and fairly new in the working force.

However, in reality, Song Ha Yoon is already 37 years old.

Interestingly, her "Marry My Husband" co-star Kim Joong Hee, who took on the role of manager Kim Kyung Wook, is only a few years older than the actress.

The actor who plays someone who is in his 40s is currently 37 years old.

As they portray the characters of manager Kim Kyung Wook and rookie employee Jung Soo Min, others see their relationship as a father-daughter relationship due to their characters' ages.

Prior to "Marry My Husband," viewers might recognize Song Ha Yoon from the hit drama "Fight for My Way" as Baek Seol Hee and as AI programmer Seo Ji Sung in "Please Don't Date Him."

Meanwhile, Kim Joong Hee appeared in Disney+'s "Moving" as North Korean soldier Lim Jae Seok, who has the superhuman strength and ability to recover.
