‘Flex X Cop’ Episode 4: Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Ji Hyun Encounter Complicated Murder Case

Ahn Bo Hyun got caught up in a complicated murder case as he teamed up with Park Ji Hyun in "Flex X Cop" Episode 4. The duo went on another mission as they dug into the death of a renowned painter.

The weekend K-drama depicts the story of a wealthy man named Jin Yi Soo (Ahn Bo Hyun), who is deemed the black sheep of the family, and who unexpectedly enters the police force after getting involved in a murder case.

To prove himself to his family, Yi Soo utilizes his skills to figure out assignments for his department, led by detective Lee Kang Hyun.

'Flex X Cop' Episode 4 Viewership

Although the action-comedy series experienced a slight slump in rating for its third episode, "Flex X Cop" maintained a steady viewership for Episode 4.

According to Nielsen Korea, the series recorded an average nationwide rating of 6.3 percent.

Meanwhile, viewers can watch the latest episode of Ahn Bo Hyun's new drama "Flex X Cop" via SBS, while international fans can stream it through Disney+, Hulu, and Wavve.

'Flex X Cop' Episode 4 Recap: Ahn Bo Hyun, Park Ji Hyun Team Up for A Complex Murder Case

Jin Yi Soo seemed to be enjoying his new task as a police officer. After having an idle life, he became busy looking into the case, especially now that he was able to wrap up his first mission.

As for the second case, Jin Yi Soo and Park Ji Hyun had a lot of prime suspects on the list, but they had to narrow it down to determine who was behind the death of renowned artist Noh Young Jae.

First on the list was his decade-long assistant, Kwon Do Jun, followed by the gallery manager.

Another person who was considered a prime suspect was Noh Young Jae's former partner.

However, as they looked into the case, they found out that the renowned artist was accused of plagiarism by a former student. The student's mother attacked one of Noh's exhibits because she blamed him for the death of her daughter.

In one of their investigations, they found out that a woman went to the gallery and was wearing a significant scarf. Tracing the possible buyer of the scarf, Gangha police found that it was Kwon Do Jin who bought it.

Detective Lee immediately instructed her colleagues to locate Kwon and inform Jin Yi Soo about it. Little did they know that Yi Soo was conducting a separate investigation and was at the gallery.

He brought with him the painting of Noh but saw that there was Kwon's signature on it.

As he asked the assistant about it, Jin Yi Soo was attacked by Kwon, just like what happened to the artist.
