'Flex X Cop’ Episode 10: Park Ji Hyun To Discover Something From Celebrity Murder Case

"Flex X Cop" Episode 10 featured another successful investigation from the dynamic duo, Jin Yi Soo and Lee Kang Hyun. Despite his battle with his past, he was able to help with the probe involving actress Yura. 

'Flex X Cop' Episode 10 Rating: K-Drama's Viewership Meets Slight Increase

Following a slight slump in ratings, "Flex X Cop" Episode 10 managed to bounce back with a minimal boost in viewership. In a report, Nielsen Korea recorded an average nationwide rating of 9.7%.

Although the action series was unable to set a new personal best, the SBS K-drama showcased an increase from its previous episode of 9.3%.

Based on the 2015 Russian series "Silver Spoon," the 16-episode K-drama focuses on the journey of a chaebol's son, Jin Yi Soo (Ahn Bo Hyun), who unexpectedly becomes a detective and joins Lee Kang Hyun's (Park Ji Hyun) team.

Entering Crime and Investigation Team 1, Jin Yi Soo is able to utilize his obsession to analyze and study crime scenes.

However, as he faces a series of challenging tasks, he also discovers the truth about his dark past.

'Flex X Cop' Episode 10 Recap: Will Jin Yi Soo & Lee Kang Hyun Succeed in Catching Culprit?

Entering the second half of the season, "Flex X Cop" Episode 10 highlighted the devastating story about Jin Yi Soo's mother, and how it had been haunting him in his present life.

The story continued with Team 1's probe with actress Baek Sang Hee, whose DNA was found under Yura's fingernails. During the investigation, she revealed how dedicated Yura is to her acting career.

The video, which showed Baek Sang Hee assaulting her junior actress, was in preparation for their intense scene. However, Baek Sang Hee mentioned that she and Yura once talked about her stalker. She advised her not to tell the police because it might damage her budding career.

This prompted the team to interview Yura's father and check on her room. Jin Yi Soo noticed a CCTV installed in her room, which would be significant evidence in her case.

Other than the senior actress and Yura's father, the detective also interviewed the manager, who was like a brother to Yura. He was caring towards her, as if they were family.

However, their relationship as a talent and a manager sparked an interest in Detective Lee and Jin Yi Soo.

Yi Soo told his senior detective that he found a CCTV installed in her room. Upon watching it, they witnessed the perverted action against the actress. The team also concluded that her manager killed her after Yura confronted him regarding the footage.

Through a shaman, the manager willingly confessed what he did and was sentenced because of it.

After Yura's case was closed, detective Lee received an unexpected call from the Oryun community manager asking her if she could see him.

Unfortunately, the man was killed by a group of unidentified men.
