Netflix's "Physical: 100" season 2 is set for another round of intense and grueling quests that participants from diverse fields are yet to face. Although the majority of the contestants are either national athletes, Olympiads, fitness enthusiasts, and more, we round up four K-drama stars who could do well in the reality survival show.

What is 'Physical: 100'?

First released in 2023, it is a South Korean reality competition on Netflix where 100 participants with various backgrounds are pushed to the limits by enduring difficult and larger-than-life challenges.

Other than showcasing their strength and agility, the aim of "Physical: 100" is to find the ideal human physique based on performance.

Ahn Bo Hyun

There's no doubt why Ahn Bo Hyun is included on the list.

Besides his stunning and very fit physique, the "Flex X Cop" is a former professional boxer.

Starting when he was in high school, Ahn Bo Hyun continued his career in boxing and even became a national athlete, taking home a gold while representing Busan.

Unfortunately, he had to permanently pause his boxing career due to his injuries and displeasure from his parents.

This is where he shifted his career and tried acting.

Lee Si Young

In addition to her badass roles, Lee Si Young is also a certified athlete and is considered at a champion level in the female amateur division.

She took home various recognitions, including her third amateur champion title at the 7th National Amateur Boxing Championships.

In addition to this, she also bagged the 50 kg weight class at the "9th KBI National Lifestyle Athletics Boxing Championships as well as winning the 47th Seoul Amateur Boxing Match.

Like other female contestants in the Netflix reality show, Lee Si Young could surely do well in "Physical: 100" season 2.

Song Joong Ki

Did you know that Song Joong Ki was an athlete before he became a K-drama heartthrob?

During his early days, he competed in national short-track speed skating and represented his hometown, Daejeon.

For 12 years, he competed in various competitions but was forced to give up his ambition to become a professional short-track speed skater due to an injury.

Back in season 1, there are also contestants whose backgrounds are almost similar to Song Joong Ki.

Park Jin Young and Cho Jung Myung are national team lugers, while Yu Ga Ram is an inline skater.

Jang Hyuk

While the legendary MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon is one of the oldest competitors in season 1, the 47-year-old Jang Hyuk could also beat contestants younger than him.

One of the K-drama stars who is vocal about their love for fitness and sports is also into boxing.
