‘Queen of Tears’ Episode 4: Kim Soo Hyun Battles Against His Conflicted Feelings for Kim Ji Won

Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun) tried to stick to his plan for Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won) but found himself battling against his conflicted feelings for his wife in "Queen of Tears" episode 4.

'Queen of Tears' Episode 4: Baek Hyun Woo's Heart Starts to Race Again for Hong Hae In

Hong Hae In kissed Baek Hyun Woo. But after she got sober, she felt embarrassed about it.

Her husband, on the other hand, continued with his agenda of deleting his sister's message sent to Hae In. In his attempt, he was unable to use the right password.

Later on, he remembered the number 1031, which surprisingly opened Hae In's phone and deleted the message. However, Hae In walked in when he was about to leave the room. She invited him to stay longer but he got nervous and made an alibi to return to his room.

There he recalled the memory related to 1031. It turned out that Hae In got pregnant in the past, and there was supposed to be a delivery date of October 31. Both were excited about preparing for their child, but unfortunately, they lost the baby.

The following day, Baek Hyun Woo started feeling differently about Hong Hae In and even got his heart racing while being close to her and seeing her dressed up but he remained in denial. Even the people around him observed he was in a good mood that day.

Yoon Eun Sung Joins Hands With Grace Goh

Elsewhere, Yoon Eun Sung (Park Sung Hoon) entered the picture as he worked with Hong Hae In for a business collaboration. While she didn't know his intentions, she tried to work with him in and outside the business. He helped her convince Mr. Hermann to open a Hercyna store in her mall.

However, Baek Hyun Woo was uncomfortable with him being close to Hae In. He opened up to his lawyer friend only to discover that he was jealous of Eun Sung.

He returned home and his wife delivered good news that she already found a way to cure her illness. This led him to go on a spiral of being with her.

Yoon Eun Sung, on the other hand, joined forces with Grace Goh to bring down the Queens Group. Through systematic manipulation, Hae In and her mother got into a misunderstanding, while Eun Sung manipulated the directors.

Hong Hae In Confesses Struggles to Baek Hyun Woo

Elsewhere, Hyun Woo's father was anxious that they might lose the village elections because of his rival. This made Hyun Woo's sister ask Hae In for help. She surprised Baek's clan with her gesture as she made time to visit the village and help them. Baek Hyun Woo learned about this and quickly traveled to his hometown.

Hae In, on the other hand, explored his room and lost in the happy memories while listening to music on Hyun Woo's pink iPod.

Later on, she was approached by a kid and asked her driver to drive him around.

While Hae In traveled around, she lost track of everything and got lost. Baek Hyun Woo was worried and searched for her. He found her near a field and yelled at her out of concern. She tried to brush it off, but later on, broke down and told him the truth.

She was scared of how the condition would cause her to remember anything, and she didn't want it to overpower her. This made Hyun Woo worry even more and gave her a comforting embrace.
