Seo Jung Won Finds Cha Eun Sae Dead
"Nothing Uncovered" episode 2 begins with Seo Jung Won (Kim Ha Neul) seeing a dead boy lying in a pool of blood.

It's none other than her husband's mistress Cha Eun Sae (Han Ji Eun). She takes photos of her body and runs away to stay out of trouble.
Kim Tae Hoon (Yeon Woo Jin) investigates Cha Eun Sae's murder. She was stabbed to death. He collects necessary evidence and notes other suspicious things in the crime scene.

At work, Seo Jung Won is tasked to cover Cha Eun Sae's death. She calls Zeus, her anonymous contact, to find more information regarding the crime.
Kim Tae Hoon Begins Investigation
Kim Tae Hoon discovers that Cha Eun Sae's injuries are similar to Mo Hyung Taek's (Yoo Je Moon) late maid's. Furthermore, he learns that she's three months pregnant.

Seo Jung Won, who learns about this, confronts her husband. Seol Woo Jae (Jang Seung Jo) reveals that he suffers from depression, and he feels lonely in his marriage.

The detective also finds Seo Jung Won in the footage outside the crime scene, making her a prime suspect in the murder. However, he doesn't stop investigating the case.
Who Killed Cha Eun Sae?
At home, Seo Jung Won receives the list of people who went to Leaders Palace, the crime scene where Cha Eun Sae was killed, from Zeus.

She realizes that Seol Woo Jae went there on the same day that Cha Eun Sae died. When her husband arrives, she interrogates him as to why he was there on such an ominous day.

Before the Seol Woo Jae could answer, Kim Tae Hoon arrives and tells the couple to come to the police station with him, ending the episode on a heart-shaking note.
