Lee Joon recounted his life in middle school, and talked about getting into fitness and his experience being bullied by his classmates.

"The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection" star appeared as a guest in MBC's "Point of Omniscient Interference." There, he recalled his life back in high school and shared remarkable stories.

While chilling in a sauna for his post-gym activity with his manager, Lee Joon, who managed to maintain a ripped physique, confessed that he hadn't been doing arm workouts for the past 2 years.

In a report, the actor said that he "used to only do arm workouts since middle school." The actor then revealed why he started working out at a young age.

Due to his fear of getting bullied by his classmates, he was convinced by his friend to strengthen their bodies and get ripped.

"I started hitting the gym in middle school after a friend said, 'To not get beat up by bullies, we need to beef up our arms.'"

He then recalled the bullying incidents he witnessed, which included being spit on their heads while standing on the classroom desks.

Lee Joon then shared an unforgettable incident where he defended a classmate from the bullies.

"I was the class vice president, and I said, 'Don't bully my classmates. Get out of my class.'"

The group then immediately left when he called them out. However, they took their revenge a week later and he "got beaten up by over 10 people."

Lee Joon Reprises Role in 'The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection'

Lee Joon joined the returning cast of the SBS makjang "The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection."

Along with Uhm Ki Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Lee Yoo Bi, and more, viewers get to see the character growth of Min Do Hyuk, who is eager to get his revenge against the vicious evil Mattew Lee, played by Uhm Ki Joon.

The sequel also featured his teaming up with Kang Ki Tak and his biological father's sister, Shim Mi Young, as they took down the powerful villain.

In addition to changes on Do Hyuk, "The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection" also welcomed the new character, SAVE's CEO Hwang Chan Seong, played by CNBLUE's Lee Jung Shin.

The SBS series showcased Lee Jung Shin's character as the second villain who will make Do Hyuk's life miserable.
