As Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon headline the drama, they also continue to amass a huge number of followers since the series kicked off.

Thanks to the nonstop mention on various news and media platforms, "Lovely Runner" broke a record as one of the highest series to ever receive a 60% rating in the Good Data Chart!

In the report released by Good Data Corporation on May 8, "Lovely Runner" ranked No. 1 on the weekly list of the TV dramas that generated the most buzz as it headed to the second half of the series.

The time-travel drama stole the spotlight from the record-breaking series "Queen of Tears," which occupied the top spot for eight consecutive weeks.

'Lovely Runner' Is the Only K-Drama To Score Double Digit Rating in Good Data Chart

According to the report, despite occupying the weekday timeslot, "Lovely Runner" is experiencing a gradual surge in popularity each week.

With the conclusion of the weekend series "Queen of Tears," there's more room to celebrate the swoon-worthy beauty of the time-slip drama that is hitting high scores in viewership and topicality.

Scoring a sky-high topicality of 60.52% (TV), Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon's series has darted forth, increasing the distance between other shows on the list of the most buzzworthy dramas for the first week of May.

In addition, Nielsen Korea revealed that tvN's "Lovely Runner" recorded an average score of 4.8 percent in viewership rating nationwide, hitting a new personal best score.

'Frankly Speaking' & 'The Atypical Family' Enter the Most Buzzworthy Drama List

The newly-debuted series "Frankly Speaking" and "The Atypical Family," also entered the chart at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively.

Lee Je Hoon's "Chief Detective 1958," Suho's "Missing Crown Prince," and "The Escape of the Seven Season 2," also maintained their spots on the TV index.

OTT dramas "Goodbye Earth" and "Blood Free" also held steady on the list.

In addition, Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon ranked first and second as the most buzzworthy K-drama actors in the first week of May.
