During the Aug. 24 episode of ENA's 'My Child's Private Life', Tak-soo and his brother Jun-su went on their first sibling trip, where they shared about life and what the future holds for them as up-and-coming actors.

Tak-soo questioned his brother about whether he ever felt stressed due to their father's celebrity status.

"Because we're the sons of actors, aren't we aware of the public's gaze? Don't you feel stressed or worried about that?" he asked.

Jun-su confessed that he had once grappled with such thoughts.
"I was worried at first, but even if I deny it, people will believe me anyway, so I just live with the mindset of 'figure it out for yourself,'" he answered.

Tak-soo proceeded to share his own personal story from his first audition at age 20. "I auditioned when I was 20. I didn't tell anyone because of school, so I sent in a video of myself acting. It worked.

The judges didn't know who I was, but they thought I was from school and were so impressed that they asked me to stay," he said.

He went on to explain how the change in attitude, among others, came when it was realized who he was.
"I felt so good because people liked me. They told me I was a good actor. But I guess the people waiting knew (that I was Lee Jong-hyuk's son). They asked, 'Whose son are you?' From then on, the look in their eyes changed," he explained.

"I was fine on my own, but when people found out that I was 'Lee Jong-hyuk's son,' I felt like I was being packaged and turned into a bubble."

Singer Jang Yoon-jung, who had seen the scene, responded, "You must be so upset." Tak-soo concurred, "It wasn't all that good for me that my dad was an actor."

After the broadcast, opinions on the internet were divided. Some fans praised him and wrote, "It's a shame that your abilities are being belittled just because you're a second-generation celebrity," and "Your father's name can be a burden sometimes."

Others attacked him, stating, "It's contradictory to talk about it on a show with your dad," and "Isn't it true that we have different starting points?"

Both Tak-soo and his younger brother Jun-su have also had dreams of pursuing their father's profession in acting.
