Actress Im Soo-hyang has also gone public with her experiences with burnout and her recent efforts at streamlining her lifestyle, such as getting rid of her car and reassessing her priorities.

In a video posted on September 14 on her own YouTube channel, "Im Soo-hyang's Turtle and Crane," the star was seen in a relaxed environment as she honestly shared what was going through her mind lately in a vlog entitled "Tidying Up Step by Step! I Need to Organize My Clothes."

She shared what had been going through her mind lately. ''I'm organizing my life," she explained.

"I finished the KBS Drama Awards and even won the Grand Prize. It went well and I came home, but I started feeling burnt out and had a lot of thoughts."

The actress spoke of the heavy workload that she had to endure in the last year.

I was so busy last year. I went to the South Pole (for filming) and came back," she clarified, implying that the never-ending pressures of her work had drained her emotionally and physically.

To counter this, she has begun taking steps towards minimalism.

"Anyway, I want to live a clean, compact, and minimalist life, so I'm thinking about decluttering," she said.

Along with this life do-over, she took a personal leap of faith.

"I even sold my car," she disclosed. "I'm thinking about replacing everything. It's pointless."

She added a lighter moment about the challenge of parting ways.

"Honestly, I want to throw everything away and buy new ones. Human greed is endless," she joked and the crowd erupted into laughter.
