Actor Lee Chaemin is having his career come into its own, with over 30 scripts allegedly submitted for his upcoming project after his memorable stint in the blockbuster drama "Bon Appetit, Your Majesty."

Lee played Prince Lee Heon, a character with contradictory traits, who was both tyrannical and romantic, walking the lines between emotional depth and comedic timing.

The drama captured broad appeal for its refreshing mixture of historical fantasy, romance, and comedy.

As per production sources, Lee was signed on only one month prior to shooting, but fit into the role in a jiffy.

He trained vigorously in horse riding, archery, Korean traditional dance, and action choreography to become fully immersed in the character.

In an appreciation of his dedication, co-star Im Yoona made this statement during shooting:
"Even though he had little preparation time, he showed up fully equipped, and I thought, 'He is Lee Heon himself.'"
