According to KBiZoom, Host Zo Zazz started the segment with a personal comment. "Honestly, I don't really worry about Dong-hwi. I worry more about Seong-hwa (Gray), because he's not that active when it comes to dating. That's how I feel."

In a swift response, Lee teased, "So are you saying I'm the active one?" before turning to a more sentimental expression of views on marriage.

He went on, "I've always felt I needed to be proactive about marriage. Honestly, I wanted to get married early, but looking back, I already feel late compared to today's trends. I'm running out of time. If I have children too late, my parents won't have enough time to enjoy their grandchildren. Since the time left feels short, I feel like I need to try sooner."

According to KBZoom, Lee's words have garnered a lot of attention from fans and the media, particularly in relation to his recent breakup.

The two had been dating since 2015 and were usually complimented for their long-term relationship.

The discussion, according to Sports Chosun, took a slightly humorous turn when the family came into the conversation. Zo Zazz inquired if Lee's parents blamed his pet for his not being married.

Lee responded with a laugh, "My parents used to tell me, 'You're not marrying because of your dog.'" He added, "They say that to me a lot too."

Although Lee has not confirmed any current romantic relationships, his comments signal a shift in priorities and a desire to move toward the next phase of life.

Lee Dong-hwi, who has appeared in "Reply 1988" and "Extreme Job," continues to tread a fine line between a thriving career as an actor and self-improvement and introspection.
