Actress Kang Sung-yeon shared a moment of honesty with her fans in her most recent post on social media as she packed things up to move homes, and shared her gratitude and melancholy.

According to OSEN, the actress posted on her social media on November 9: "Okay, it's okay to take a break for a while. Now that I've quit the English academy, it's really nice to be able to come to the library with you guys like this on weekdays. However, it's also very sad to move away and leave this wonderful library behind."

In several photos accompanying the post, Kang seemed relaxed and happy with her sons while spending time at a nearby library or café street. The post captured such a rare moment of peace in the busy life of a single mother that won the hearts of her followers.

In these photos, her two sons wore gray tracksuits and were reading books and playing board games in what was an extremely touching moment in the family's life that reflected the closeness and pure happiness of spending time together.

As reported by Chosun Biz, Kang also included a set of emotional hashtags: "#GwanggyoIwantedtoleave #GwanggyoIdontwanttoleave #BookHeaven" — an expression of attachment as well as reluctance to leave the neighborhood of Gwanggyo. Afterwards, it was confirmed that Kang and her family will be leaving Gwanggyo for Gaepo-dong to start anew.

Beginning her acting career in the late 1990s, Kang Sung-yeon has been an actress with not only versatile performances but also openness to sharing her life as a single mother. In 2012, Kang married pianist Kim Ga-on, but they parted ways in December 2023. Since then, Kang has been raising their two sons on her own.

Her candid post received warm reactions from fans, many of whom praised her positive spirit and her ability to find happiness in everyday moments. One fan commented that her post was "a beautiful reminder that it's okay to slow down and appreciate time with loved ones."
