During a recent appearance on the YouTube talk show "No Back Tak Jae Hoon," the singer and actress talked openly about how her body changed after she gave birth. The episode, which came out on January 7, showed Son thinking about how her daily life changed a lot after she became a mother.

During the talk, Son talked about her past with alcohol and how it changed over time. She said that drinking used to be a normal part of her life, especially when she first got married. "I drank every day for four weeks straight after getting married," she said. AllKpop reported on the comments, which showed how she compared those habits to her current way of life.

She also discussed how dieting changed how much alcohol she could handle early in her marriage. Son said, "When I first got married, I had dieted a lot. Because I was lighter, I'd drink and end up being carried home." Her comments showed that changes in her body weight had clear effects even before she got pregnant.

Later, host Tak Jae Hoon asked her why she wanted to lose weight and if it was in line with what her husband wanted. Son answered the question directly, saying, "He doesn't like it," which surprised both the host and the viewers. Maeil Business Newspaper says that her husband, who used to be an athlete, was worried about how quickly she was losing weight.

Son went into more detail about how he felt by saying, "I lost all the baby weight within three months after giving birth. I lost 17 kg, but since my husband used to be an athlete, he said he didn't think that was a good idea."

During the show, Tak Jae Hoon said the same thing: "Yeah, you've lost so much weight so quickly. It's more extreme than athletes losing weight. Even athletes don't lose weight like you."

Even though people were worried, Son stressed that she didn't lose weight by doing anything extreme. "I lost it healthily. Really." She went on to explain how caring for a newborn naturally changed her eating schedule.

"When you're raising a baby, you naturally stop eating at night. That's why the weight just comes off," she said. She further added, "I wasn't able to eat past 6 PM, so the weight naturally came off."

Son Dam Bi's remarks have resonated with the audience as they discuss the challenges of life after childbirth, strategies for altering one's lifestyle, and the varying perceptions of one's body after giving birth.
