Actor Park Seo Joon's agency has released a formal warning to fans after discovering impersonation accounts that allegedly attempted to contact followers under false pretenses. The notice comes amid growing concerns over online scams targeting fans of high-profile entertainers.

On Jan. 14 KST, Awesome ENT posted an official announcement on the community board of Park Seo Joon's YouTube channel, Record PARK's, addressing the issue directly.

Fans began sharing concerns on social media, prompting AllKpop to report the announcement.
The agency went on to clarify its position regarding these accounts. In a follow-up explanation, Awesome ENT stressed, "These accounts have no affiliation whatsoever with Awesome ENT. We do not make personal meeting requests, initiate direct contact, or ask for any form of financial payment from fans." The clarification aimed to distinguish official communication from fraudulent activity and to prevent misunderstandings among supporters.
As part of the same notice, the agency emphasized the importance of vigilance. In an additional appeal included in the statement, Awesome ENT urged, "We ask fans to exercise extreme caution to avoid any potential harm caused by impersonation accounts."
