The actress was a guest on the SBS program "My Little Old Boy," where she revealed her experiences filming romance scenes when she was younger. The topic of her first kiss was brought up during the program, and it shocked the hosts.

Host Seo Jang Hoon referenced reports that Jin Se Yeon's first kiss involved someone connected to the show. In response to the revelation, fellow host Shin Dong Yup expressed surprise. He asked, "Not her first on-screen kiss, but her real first kiss?!"

According to Koreaboo, Jin Se Yeon confirmed that her first real kiss took place with actor Choi Jin Hyuk. She said, "My first kiss was with Choi Jin Hyuk oppa," drawing smiles from Choi Jin Hyuk's mother, who was present in the studio audience.

The moment quickly gained attention online, with fans revisiting clips and past drama scenes. As reported by Xportsnews, the actress clarified that her very first lip contact on camera was actually a light "peck" filmed when she was 19 years old.

That scene was with actor Lee Ji Hoon in the 2012 drama "My Daughter the Flower." However, Jin Se Yeon explained that it was only after she turned 20 that she experienced what she considers her first true kiss.

Reflecting on the timing, Jin Se Yeon explained the circumstances surrounding the more mature scene. She said, "It was when I was transitioning from 19 to 20. When I was 19, the script described it as more of a peck. But once the year changed and I became an adult, there was a kiss scene, and it said 'steamier than before.' Since I had turned 20, I think the writer kind of wrote it like my seal had been lifted."

She also addressed her personal life at the time of filming. She added, "At the time, I wasn't dating anyone, and since it was a daily series, so it was nothing intense. It was a sweet shoot."

The story has since fueled renewed interest in the actress's early career and past K-drama roles, highlighting how a memorable on-set moment continues to resonate with fans years later.
