Lee Jong Suk Wanted To Become An Actor After Watching “Full House”

Lee Jong Suk is one of the most popular actors of his generation, but what made him pursue acting in the first place?

During his guest appearance in the program "Good Morning Date" last January 21, he talked about the characters he portrayed in 2013, "Last year, I filmed the drama "I Hear Your Voice" and the film "No Breathing" at the same time. It was very challenging playing two characters simultaneously, especially since the two characters have very little in common."

He added, "That's when I realized that it's exciting to portray different characters, so I've decided to try other images from now on."

On what made him pursue acting, he shared that it was curiosity that made him try out acting, "When I was younger, I enjoyed watching a lot of TV. I was in middle school when the drama 'Full House' aired, and I really thought that the characters were interesting. I also liked the characters in the movie 'Temptation Of Wolves.' I decided that I wanted to try out acting."

Lee Jong Suk is currently promoting his new movie "Hot Blooded Youth", in which he plays the Casanova Joon Gil opposite of actress Park Bo Young, and it is set to premiere on January 23.
