Lee Jong Suk Shares Opinion On Being Called A Trendy Actor

What is Lee Jong Suk's opinion on being called one of the trendiest actors of the current generation?

During his guest appearance in the program "Good Morning Date" last January 21, he shared his thoughts on acting, "When I began acting, I just went to all the auditions without any fear. Acting is something that becomes more challenging the longer you do it. A lot of my recent projects were receive positively by the audiences, and because of this, they've began calling me a 'trendy actor'."

"To be honest, it's burdensome and I'm beginning to feel the pressure of the title," he admitted. "While I'm extremely grateful that they regard me as a great actor, I would like to be called an actor, without the label. I just want to be recognized for my talents and hard work."

In 2013, he participated in multiple projects such as dramas "School 2013" and "I Hear Your Voice", movies "The Face Reader" and "No Breathing", and several other commercials and advertisments.

Lee Jong Suk is currently promoting his new movie "Hot Blooded Youth", in which he plays the Casanova Joon Gil opposite of actress Park Bo Young, and it is set to premiere on January 23.
