Actress Gong Hyo Jin faces charges for allegedly not paying commission towards an advertising agency.

According to "Company S", a management agency responsible for recruiting models for advertising projects, "We are filing a lawsuit against actress Gong Hyo Jin who has violated our contract by neglecting to pay 120 million won (~$110,000) from the commissions she has been receiving since 2010."

They added, "Even after extending her contract in 2009, she hasn't paid us anything, which led her to receive court summons. After paying her previous dues late, she hasn't paid us years after that."

On their contract, Gong Hyo Jin had to pay 30 million won (~$28,000) after being signed with a famous outdoor brand through this company. In addition, she also had to pay them for every annual contract extension.

Representatives from Gong Hyo Jin's agency stated, "It is true that Gong Hyo Jin signed a contract with the company on December 2009, but her previous agency and the advertising company had an agreement that there are no further payments that needed to be paid, therefore, we have no obligations with this company anymore."

They added, "After we have decided on what to do with the current situation, we will act upon this matter."
