Local news sources on Tuesday said that the wedding will take place on April 5 at a secret venue in Seoul. Family and close friends are likely to be the only people at the occasion.

TenAsia quotes a rumor that says, "Ko Jun will hold a wedding ceremony with a non-celebrity fiancée on April 5 at an undisclosed location in Seoul."

The report also talked about the couple's wedding invitation. The statement has an emotional tone regarding their future together. The invitation says, "I intend to paint the world with someone whose fingertips warm my heart and become each other's path."

Ko Jun, whose real name is Kim Jun-ho, started his career in 2001 with the movie "Wani & Junha." He has worked steadily in the entertainment industry since then. He was in movies like "The Man Who Became King," "Midnight Runners," "Lucky," and "The Age of Shadows," as well as TV shows like "The Fiery Priest," "Save Me," and "Oh My Baby."

He won Best Supporting Actor at the 2019 SBS Drama Awards for his part in "The Fiery Priest." At the 2020 KBS Drama Awards, he won Best Couple for "If You Cheat on Me, You Die."

After news of the actor's imminent marriage, old comments concerning his health problems have come back to light. Ko Jun has talked openly in past interviews about having a major medical problem while filming.

Naver reported that he said, "I suffered hemiplegia while filming 'Tazza 2'."

The actor talked further about the problems he was having at the time. He added, "After 18 years of obscurity, I finally got an opportunity with 'Tazza 2,' but I developed hemiplegia when about a third of the filming remained."

He also talked about how bad his health was and what caused it. He went on to say, "I prepared so hard that shingles, which usually appears on the body, spread to my brain, causing paralysis in half of my body."

At the time, medical advice made people worry about his long-term health. He remembered them saying, "They said that if the six-month 'golden time' passes, it remains for a lifetime."

The actor went on to talk about how unsure he was about his recovery. He remarked, "I couldn't move even after seven months, so I visited a hospital, and six out of seven places told me I wouldn't be able to continue my acting career."

Reports say that Ko Jun went back to finish filming despite the prognosis, thanks to the help of the production team.
