‘Wonderful Days’ Yoon Yeo Jung Is Cold To His Son’s Return

'Wonderful Days' Lee Suh Jin came back to his hometown as a successful man, but his mother Yoon Yeo Jung was colder than ever.

On the first episode of the new KBS TV Saturday Sunday drama "Wonderful Days," which aired in the evening of February 23, 2014, Dong Suk, played by Lee Suh Jin, became a prosecutor and came back home in 15 years because his work transferred him to Kyung Joo, his hometown. On this day's episode, Dong Suk returned home in 15 years and met all of his family members again. When Dong Suk asked his mother "Have you been well?" So Shim, played by Yoon Yeo Jung, said, "I must have been well if I am still here."

So Shim then added, "I need to go tend the store, so say hi to your grandpa first," and left home leaving Dong Suk alone.

When So Shim and Young CHoon, played by Choi Hwa Jung, went into the store, she said to So Shim, "You are so cold to your own son whom you met in 15 long years."

In related news, the new KBS TV Saturday Sunday drama "Wonderful Days" is a story of a poor man in a rural area who goes to Seoul to study and succeeds as a prosecutor in Seoul. He then comes back to his rural hometown in 15 years, and the drama tells the story of people around him, and deals with themes of the value of family, greatness of love, and value of the neighbors.
