If you enjoy watching Kim Jaejoong perform in dramas, "Triangle" may be your last chance before the JYJ member and actor enlists for the military.

At a recent press conference for "Triangle," he said that the time seemed right.

"I think this will be my last acting project before going into the army," he said. "I want to go into the army after I've shown everyone a good drama."

In "Triangle," he is trying a different kind of role than anything he has previously done. He plays Jang Dong Chul, one of three brothers who were separated when they were young. His character grew up on the streets and used his wits to rise in the ranks of a crime syndicate. His oldest brother, played by Lee Bum Soo, is a detective. His younger brother, played by ZE:A's Im Si Wan is a chaebol. Im Si Wan and Kim Jaejoong will love the same woman, played by Baek Jin Hee, before they learn they are brothers.

Even after the drama ends, Jaejoong will not enlist right away.

"I don't have the exact date yet but I think we will release the next JYJ album in the second half of the year," he said. "I will finish related activities before I go."

He actually might have gone sooner but had to factor in the group's activities.

"Because it's a group activity, it's not something I can decide on my own," he said. "That's why it's hard for me to give you solid details."

JYJ are scheduled to serve as honorary ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games that take place from Sept. 19 to Oct. 4.

Earlier in the year C-JeS reported that both Jaejoong and fellow band member Junsu would be enlisting this year.

Both Junsu and Jaejoong visited the Office of Military Manpower Administration for their physical checkups in Sept. 2011 but decided to defer enlisting till a later date.

At that time a C-JeS representative said that all three members of JYY planned to enlist in the military just like every other male in Korea.

When the singers went for their physical, there was still a celebrity recruit status, which offered special options for enlisting celebrities. Now all enlistees, whether they are famous or not, will have to serve as active duty soldiers for two years.

Due to his asthma JYJ's Park Yoochun received a reservist duty designation.

"Triangle" will air on May 5.
