Blackberry Classic Q20 Release Date, Price have not been announced but the  BlackBerry Classic was announced with the previous name being Blackberry Q20.

However, there was no timeline on a possible release for the Blackberry Classic other than a statement, saying 'The new smartphone will be available in the second half of 2014.'

An interview with Blackberry CEO John Chen , USA Today was able to get a better grip on the new release: "There's a new product called the BlackBerry Classic that's coming out. It's an updated and enhanced version of one of our most popular and successful products called the Bold. It will include a keyboard and a good touch-screen, very fast Internet, Web-browsing capability and multimedia capability. But also it will be very productive and very secure."

Chen added, "So, all the familiar things that people love, with some new technology updated. That will come out in November along with the server that helps companies manage devices. Not only the BlackBerry device, but every device, the iPhone and androids and Windows and everything else. So, the new products will have a lot to do with the architecture . And we made some announcements of those at the Mobile World Congress."

Blackberry Q20 release date was announced the new QWERTY handset Q20 right along with the Z3 touchscreen smartphone, at the sidelines of MWC in early February. At the time, he Canadian handset maker said that it would launch the Q20 by the end of 2014; a formal release date was not mentioned at the MWC 2014 Barcelona.

USA Today's Maria Bartiromo reported CEO John Chen as saying that the BlackBerry Q20 will be released this November as BlackBerry Classic. Chen explained that BlackBerry 10 touch-cum-QWERTY smartphone was an inspiration by the popular Bold range of smartphone. According to Chen, the phone will include fast Internet, Web browsing and multimedia capability. The specs have not been released, but the BlackBerry Classic command keys that will include 'Menu,' 'Back,' 'Send' and 'End' buttons, along with a trackpad.

The price was not disclosed for the Q20 BlackBerry Classic.
