Ed Sheeran Girlfriend: Is Marriage In The Horizon For ‘Don’t’ Singer And Athina Andrelos? Jamie Oliver Promises To Cook At His Wedding!
The mystery of who Ed Sheeran's girlfriend was somehow got solved with a PDA-filled Instagram post and a hand-holding dive from a boat in August.
Athina Andrelos, a Greek girl who works for Jamie Oliver as a "managing food stylist," uploaded a photo of herself and the 'Don't' singer looking quite cuddly in Ibiza early last month. This was followed by Twitter users who uploaded photos of them blissfully taking a plunge in the Spanish waters while holding hands.
They reportedly started dating a little more than six months but are the couple already thinking about getting officially hitched?
Jamie Oliver, whom Andrelos works for, certainly thinks a wedding will happen in the near future, for Sheeran at least.
The celebrity chef jokingly begged for the British singer to play for the Big Feastival next year, BBC reported in early September. He even offered him a really good deal.
"I promise I will do your wedding food if you come and play at Feastival next year," Oliver pledged. "That's my one wish."
He added, "I'm going to start begging now, officially, so Ed Sheeran please come next year bro, I promise I'll cook for you."
He didn't specify, though, if he was talking about Athina Andrelos as the intended bride.
Oliver confirmed, however, that one of his employees is indeed Ed Sheeran's girlfriend.
"His girlfriend works for me and I haven't dared ask her yet because I don't want to push my luck," he said regarding the request for Sheeran to join the 2015 Big Feastival line-up.
'The Naked Chef' star organised this year's music festival with Blur's Alex James. It featured performances from Laura Mvula, Kelis and De La Soul.
