The pitiable character of Bon Kyung in the drama 'The Moon That Embraces The Sun' suffered through yearning for the love of her father as well as Hwon.

Bo Kyung's last words were, "Since the first time I saw you I only wanted one thing: your love. To the end I will be your queen and die as your woman." She didn't even have a chance to close her eyes before she died.

The only person who truly understands Bo Kyung is the woman who played her, Kim Min Seo. She said, "I chose to have the character die while looking at the person she loves most...to look upon the man who made her smile, to look upon her father.
