Supernova’s Gun Il To Appear In KBS Drama ‘Haeundae Lovers’
Group Supernova member Park Gun Il joins the cast of KBS's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Haeundae Lovers.'
According to Park Gun Il's agency on the 9th, Gun Il has been casted for the role of Lee Dong Baek, the youngest uncle of the 'Uncles Marine Products' under Go Sora (Jo Yeo Jung)'s management. With his fast brain rotation, Lee Dong Baek is of a calculating personality who wins with his words rather than his fist. In the drama, Gun Il engages in a one-sided love for Kwan Soon Yi (T-ara's So Yeon).
Gun Il will have the opportunity to act alongside and harmonize with acting seniors Im Ha Ryong and Park Sang Myun through this drama.
Park Gun Il has previously received recognition for his acting ability in KBS's historical drama 'King Geunchogo' as King Geunsoogu. He also developed his career as an actor through KBS's drama special 'Amore Mio.'
Other actors appearing in 'Haeundae Lovers' include Kim Kang Woo, Jo Yeo Jung, Jung Suk Won, Nam Gyuri, Kang Min Kyung, and So Yeon. 'Haeundae Lovers' is the creation of writer Hwang Eun Kyung, who also wrote popular dramas 'City Hunter' and 'Daemul.' 'Haeundae Lovers' is the follow-up drama to 'Big' and will premiere at the beginning of August.
