Lee Seung Gi, "Definitely Going To The Army...But The Time Isn't Decided"

"He is definitely going to the army, but I don't know why people have these assumptions."

Top star Lee Seung Gi (26) talks about the rumors about him going to the army.

An official from Lee Seung Gi's company, Hook Entertainment stated on the 10th, "The report that Lee Seung Gi is enlisting in the army next year is not a fact."

An official from MK Star Today quoted a broadcast official and stated that Lee Seung Gi will be going to the army next year. They stated that he would not be going as a celebrity soldier, but as an average soldier.

His company stated, "The problem is not whether he will go to the army or not. When the time is right, he will go, but I'm not sure why people are making assumptions."

He added, "The time is just not decided. No one from the company or Lee Seung Gi himself spoke about it."

Lee Seung Gi was born in January of 1987. He graduated in February 2009 from Dongguk University with a degree in international trade. He also received a master's degree in graduate school.

According to his company, after he finished the May MBC drama 'The King 2 Hearts,' he has been resting. He is now busy preparing for a concert and a fan meeting with fans overseas. We are also thinking about doing a sequel. He plans to go to Graduate School from the same university in September to receive a master's degree in cultural content. 

They added, "For a while, he received love calls from various places in Asia, for a fan meeting. He was busy for this time, but now he is able to finally meet his Asian fans."

Meanwhile, he is planning to have an Asian tour starting in Singapore on the 25th and continuing to Taiwain, Indonesia, etc.
