Song Joong Ki plays the role of bad boy who seeks revenge for love, Kang Ma Ru, who is also a normal medical student. He appears as the older brother who takes special care of his younger sibling, Kang Choco(Lee Yoo Bi), and also is a 'younger sibling-fool' that sacrifices a lot for her.

In the picture, Song Joong Ki and Lee Yoo Bi both have clear and bright skin like milk. They also show their large eyes and distinct facial features, that make them seem like real siblings. Lee Yoo Bi is actress Kyun Mi Ri's daughter, and has recently left an impression on MBN's 'Vampire Idol.'
