'The Thieves' comes to the big screen in North America. 

'The Thieves' (directed by Choi Dong Hoon) is about a crew of five thieves who set out to steal a yellow diamond called Tear of the Sun, a diamond worth $30 million(USD). This movie brought in $82 million(USD) in Korea alone and plans to bring in even more money by going overseas. "The Thieves" is currently Korea's most sucsessful movie, having sold 13,023,930 tickets by October 2nd, surpassing 2006's 'The Host' (directed by Bong Joon Ho) with 13,019,740 tickets sold.

'The Thieves' is similar to the American movie 'Ocean's Eleven' (directed by Steven Soderbergh) starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt about a man and his crew of eleven thieves who plan to rob 3 banks simultaneously. 

'The Thieves' cast includes; Lee Jung Jae, Gianna Jun, Kim Hae Suk, Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Yun Seok, Kim Hye Soo, Simon Yam, Oh Dal Su, Angelica Lee and Kwok Cheung Tsang. 

'The Thieves' was recently played at the 17th annual Busan International Film Festival.

"The Thieves" will be brought to theaters all across North America starting October 12th
